Account & Data Deletion

Users of the Easy Cash Point (ECP) Android application and ecppanonline.com can request deletion of their account and associated personal data here. You do not need to log in or reinstall the application to submit a request.

Request account deletion

1. Email info.easycashpoint@gmail.com with the subject ECP Account Deletion Request.
2. Include your ECP username (if known), registered mobile number or email, and a clear statement that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. Prefer to send the request from your registered email.
3. Support will verify ownership through the registered contact details, review pending transactions and notify you of the outcome, including any records that must be retained and why.

If you cannot use email or no longer have your registered contact details, call +91 7644006565 for help submitting and verifying the request. Never send your password, OTP, UPI PIN, full PAN or Aadhaar document in the initial request.

Request selected data deletion

To request deletion of particular data without closing your account, use the subject “ECP Data Deletion Request” and identify the data or service concerned. Support will explain if deletion prevents an active service from being completed.

What account deletion covers

A verified account deletion request covers the ECP account/profile, associated contact details and personal documents or support information that are no longer required. Account deactivation alone is not a substitute for deletion of associated personal data.

Records that may need to be retained

Payment, wallet, application and transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting obligations, unresolved payments/disputes or fraud prevention. The duration depends on the obligation or unresolved purpose; retained records are limited to that purpose and eligible for deletion when it ends. Support will explain any applicable exception in its response. Independent records held by government authorities, telecom operators or payment providers are governed by their own retention rules.

Before requesting deletion

Save any receipts you need and identify pending applications, transactions or wallet balances for support to reconcile. Account deletion removes access to the ECP account; it does not cancel an issued PAN, undo a successful recharge or automatically refund completed services.
